Everyone will choose ONE primary frequency for flying at the BRASS field.  First come first served (means new members must choose from available open frequencies.  That means first from non-claimed and then from secondary).  Flying on any other frequency will be based on the frequency board.  However, priority will always go to the primary frequency holder.  That means that if you are on someone else's primary and they arrive at the field, then you must give up that frequency for as long as that person is at the field.
